Dato' Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak is a Malaysian politician who served as the 6th prime minister of Malaysia from April 2009 to May 2018. In 2020, he was convicted of corruption in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad scandal, one of the largest money-laundering and embezzlement scandals in history.

Najib received his early education at st. John s institution. Kuala lumpur. He later attended malvern boys college in worcestershire. England. And subsequently went to the university of nottingham. Where he graduated with a bachelor of arts (hons) degree in industrial economics in 1974. Najib razak also attended the kennedy school of government at harvard university and graduated with a master of pulbic amdinistration degree in 1997.

Njaib began his political career in 1976 as the member of parliament for the pahang constituency of pekan.
