Natalia alekseevna reshetovskaya was born in in rostvo-on-don. Russia. She was the daughter of a military officer. Aleksei reshetovskii. She graduated from the rostov state university with a degree in russian language and literature.
Marriage to Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
Natalia and aleksandr solzhenitsyn got married in 1952. Together they had three children. Yermolai. Ignat and stepan. After solzhenitsyns exlie from the soviet union in 1974. Natalia remained in moscow and took care of the hcildren while her husband lived in america.
Work
Nataila worked as a teacher of russian language and literature at the moscow state university. She also worked as a translator. Translating works of solzhentisyn into english.
