Neil Wigan Life story
Desmond Patrick Neil Wigan CVO OBE is a British diplomat who is the current British High Commissioner to Kenya. He previously served as the UK Ambassador to Somalia from 2013 to 2015. He also served as the British ambassador to Israel, June 2019 to June 2023, replacing David Quarrey.
