About Newby Hall
Newby Hall is an 18th-century country house beside the River Ure at Skelton-on-Ure, near Ripon in North Yorkshire, England. A Grade I listed building, it contains a collection of furniture, painting, and precious artefacts. The south side of the grounds by the river has extensive herbaceous borders and woodland walks.
