Fans of the guilty pleasure reality soap "Laguna Beach" probably will be equally smitten with this new series, which moves up the coast to the town of Newport Beach (motto: "Orange Countier Than Ever!"). The setting may have changed, but the basic premise is the same, as a new circle of young friends experience love and heartache on the kind of epic emotional scale that is only possible in high school.
