Nibelcol is/are a kind of Artificial Spirit created by Isaac Westcott. While they are Artificial Spirits, they are born from Isaac Westcott's Beelzebub, probably making the hint they are actually Inverse Spirits as they are able to use a few abilities of the Demon King.
