Nick Ross Life story
Nicholas David Ross CBE is a British radio and television presenter. During the 1980s and 1990s he was one of the most ubiquitous of British broadcasters but is best known for hosting the BBC TV programme Crimewatch, which he left in 2007 after 23 years.
BBC to Watchdog-part of The Show

The BBC's long running consumer rights series Watchdog is to end, such as a stand-alone program, rather than a part of The Show.
Watchdog began in the Year 1980 as a strand of nationwide, but proved to be so popular, it became a separate program in 1985.
Co-host, Steph Mcgovern has been moved to Channel 4 , but Matt Allwright and Nikki Fox to stay in front of the new strand.
The BBC said they were investigating would viewer complaints throughout the Year instead of for two series in a Year .
Alice Beer , Jonathan Maitland, Anne Robinson and Chris Choi on Watchdog, 1995Alison Kirkham, controller of BBC Factual, said Allwright and Fox would "continue to the viewers a trusted guide," and would be "even more notoriety and success" in raising awareness of the rights of consumers.
A Show-editor, Rob Unsworth, said, the amendment would be the man who "More Than ever before, The Team can respond on behalf of the consumer, if the stories come from".

More recently, it has been on air for 12 episodes per Year . The 42nd and last series attracted an average of 3. 1 million viewers per episode. The Watchdog integrated in A Show this spring.
The news comes weeks after the group announced that as a result of cuts in Bbc News .
