About Nitrendipine
Nitrendipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. It is used in the treatment of primary hypertension to decrease blood pressure and can reduce the cardiotoxicity of cocaine. It was patented in 1971 and approved for medical use in 1985.
