Norman Hillmer Life story
George Norman Hillmer CM is a leading Canadian historian and teacher and is among the leading scholars on Canada-US relations. Hillmer completed his B. A. and his M. A. in history at the University of Toronto in 1966 and 1967, respectively, before going on to earn a Ph. D. from Christ's College, Cambridge in 1974.
