A former judge in Arkansas was sentenced to five years in prison for dismissing pending cases in exchange for personal and sexual acts from young men, court documents and a Department of Justice statement said. O. Joseph Boeckmann, Jr., 72, pleaded guilty last year to charges of wire fraud and witness tampering.
