About O Quatrilho
In the early 20th century, two Italian couples immigrate to Brazil seeking better lives. The romantic Teresa (Patrícia Pillar) is married to the practical Angelo (Alexandre Paternost), while Massimo (Bruno Campos), a refined man, is bound by matrimony to the plain Pierina (Gloria Pires). Obviously mismatched with their respective spouses, Teresa and Massimo fall easily in love.
