About Oarai
Ōarai is a coastal city in Japan's Kantō region. It's home to broad, sandy Ōarai Sun Beach. Aqua World has hundreds of marine species including sharks and penguins. Interactive exhibits at Wakuwaku Science Museum have an ocean theme. The observation deck of Oarai Marine Tower offers panoramic views. A huge torii gate marks the entrance to Isosaki-jinja Shrine and another torii sits atop wave-splashed ocean rocks.
