Amid conflicts between the Cherokee tribe and Oklahoma's white settlers, the tribe's chief, Buffalo Horn (Ted de Corsia), is framed for murder. District Attorney Temple Houston (Bill Williams) must put aside his friendship with the chief and budding romance with the chief's daughter, Ruth Red Hawk (Gloria Talbott), to prosecute the case.
