Oleg Safonov Life story
Oleg Aleksandrovich Safonov is a Russian official. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. In 1982 he graduated from the Border Guards Higher School of the KGB in Moscow and subsequently served for the KGB until 1991.
