Brighton cat attacks: Man faces 16 charges

A Man has been charged after a series of deadly attacks On Cats in the Brighton area.
Steven Strauss, 52, with 16 cost of damage to property, in connection with the attacks on the 16 cats, of whom nine were killed and seven were seriously injured.
The alleged incidents took place between October 2018 and June 2019.
Mr Strauss, from the London Road area of Brighton, is also charged with the possession of a knife or pointed article in a public place.
He is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 23 January.
