About Osborne Stadium
Osborne Stadium opened on May 19, 1932. It was best known as the home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers from 1935 until 1952. The stadium was modified to accommodate baseball in 1935, and became home to minor league baseball's Winnipeg Reo Rods, in addition to teams in various other local and regional baseball circuits.
