Otto Von Walrus Life story
Otto Von Walrus is the main antagonist of the critically-panned 2019 Canadian-American animated film Arctic Dogs. He is a brilliant but megalomaniacal scientist who is Swifty's archenemy and Magda's former employee. He was voiced by John Cleese, who also voiced Cat R. Waul in An American Tail: Fievel Goes West.
