About Pampulha
Sedate, residential Pampulha borders Lagoa da Pampulha, a vast artificial lake. On its shores, the Museu de Arte da Pampulha, with Brazilian art, the Capela Curial de São Francisco de Assis church, and the Casa do Baile gallery were all designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
