Patricia Rawlings, Baroness . . . Life story
Patricia Elizabeth Rawlings, Baroness Rawlings is a Conservative Party politician and former frontbencher in the House of Lords. She was also a Member of the European Parliament from 1989–1994. She was Chairman of King's College London Council from 1998–2007, and was made a Fellow of King's College in 2003.
