Paula Marcela Moreno Zapata Life story
Paula Marcela Moreno Zapata is a Colombian engineer, professor, and politician. She served as the 8th Minister of Culture of Colombia in the administration of President Álvaro Uribe Vélez. Moreno became the first Afro-Colombian woman, as well as the youngest person, to hold a Cabinet position in Colombia.
