A minibus driver was arrested after a collision, died in a seven-year-old boy.
rescue workers were called to the A466 Hereford Road in Monmouth, against 15:50 GMT on Monday.
The Boy Samuel Barker was called, of Monmouth, and His Family said in a tribute he had a "glowing personality and zany sense of Humor."
The Bus Driver , A Man , 45, from Gloucester, was arrested on suspicion causing death by careless driving.
the sequel of the tribute, Samuel ' s family said: "He was always on The Move , a happy, Active Child who loved toy cars, climbing trees, the nature and especially skiing and ski lifts.
"As A Family , we are respected and supported by our faith in Jesus. While we wish it had more to do with Samuel, we know that he is now with the Lord Jesus Christ in eternal peace. "
AlwaysOsbaston Church in Wales smile said,'The School that it was "extremely sad" about the death of Samuel, who described it as: "a large part of The School of life".
The School , The principal, Catherine Jones, and Chairman of the governors, Shonagh hay, said in a joint statement: "We are very sad about the loss of our students.
"This beautiful Little Boy was a big part of The School of life, lively and always smiling.
"The entire school community is dealing with this tragic news, and we keep our memories of a very popular Little Boy , full of character and energy.
"He will be sorely missed by All . "

She Said : "Unfortunately, nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead on The Scene . "
Gwent Police blocked the street between Withy Lane and Buckholt for several hours after The Incident .
The Driver remained in custody, while the power is canvassed for Witnesses .
