About Peter MacDougal
Peter MacDougal was a Lt. General in the US Army and a veteran of the Vietnam War. Following the murder of General Jon Steffan, he was given two FBI agents as protection by Agent Mulder. Despite the added security, MacDougal was shot in the head at point-blank range by Nathaniel Teager at his office in the Pentagon.
