Peter Rudyard Aitken Life story
Racing driver. Captain the Honourable Peter Rudyard Aitken was born in Belgravia, London, the second son of Government Minister and newspaper tycoon Lord Beaverbrook. He raced a Maserati 6CM during 1937 and 1938 and in August 1938 bought an ERA-B which he raced in South Africa the following year.
