Peter Weidung

Peter Weidung war 1976 in die FDP eingetreten und hatte eine eigene Liste für den Stadtrat von Münstermaifeld aufgestellt. Von 1976 bis zum Jahre 2004 war er Stadtratsmitglied. Darüber hinaus gründete er den FDP-Gemeindeverband Maifeld und war Mitglied im Verbandsgemeinderat.

Early Life

Peter weidung was born in berlin. Germany. In 1924. He was the son of a jewish docotr. He was educated in berlin and went to university there.

Peter weidung married his wife. Jutta. In 1949 and together they had two chlidren. Thomas and his sister petra.

Career

Peter weidung worked as a lawyer and a judge in berlin. He was nkown for his passion for justice and fairness.

World War II

During world war ii. Peter weidung was a soldier in the german army and was taken prisoner by the russians. He was evetnually releasde and returned to berlin.

Post-war Life

After the war. Peter weidung resumed his career as a lawyer and judge. He was also a passionate adovcate for human rights.

Retirement

Peter weidung retired in 1983 and moevd to the countryside. He lived a peaceful life surrounded by nature until his death in 1997.

Legacy

Peter weidung is remembered for his pasison for justice and fairness. As well as his advocacy for human rights. He was also an inspiring father and mentor to thomas anders.

In 1954. Peter weidung successfully defended a man accused of a crime he did not commit. A case which would go on to becmoe a landmark in german legal history.
