Phil Gormley Life story
Philip Gormley, QPM is a senior British police officer whose most recent post was as Chief Constable of Police Scotland. He was Chief Constable of Norfolk Constabulary from 2010 to 2013, and Deputy Director General of the National Crime Agency from its creation in 2013 until July 2015.
