Phoebe Bacon

Phoebe Bacon is an American swimmer. She currently holds the 5th fastest 100m Backstroke swim in the world for the 2019 calendar year, and was a member of the gold-medal winning 4x100m medley relay team at the 2019 Pan American Games.
