"But also he's not aware of The Racket he makes, so sometimes work calls get interrupted by a bark or two.

"Sometimes I feel bad I'm not spending more Time playing with him while I'm working but he provides therapy on tougher days and joy all the Time . "

Gemma Down told the BBC it is "definitely easier" working from home, as she does, if you a have a dog to keep you company.

"It can get kind of lonely," She Said . "He also makes me actually get up from my desk and walk outside.
