About Public Morals
In 1960s New York laws prohibit all kinds of immoral behavior, yet corruption reigns, and gambling and prostitution are as old as the city itself. Indeed, even cops in the Public Morals Division often look the other way when investigating vice crimes, themselves tempted by similar sins. Not Officer Terry Muldoon, who is determined to protect his own Hell's Kitchen neighborhood that's being devoured by an Irish Mob war.
