Qin Weijiang Life story
Qin Weijiang is a retired lieutenant general of the People's Liberation Army who served as Commander of the Eastern Theater Command Ground Force between January 2016 and December 2018. Prior to that, he was Deputy Commander of the Nanjing Military Region from December 2010 to January 2016.
