Quarterflash was an American rock group formed in 1980 in Portland, Oregon. The band was originally made up of Orinda Sue "Rindy" Ross and her husband Marv Ross, along with Jack Charles, Rick DiGiallonardo, Rich Gooch, and Brian David Willis.
