About Quentin Travers
Quentin Travers, who first appears in Helpless, is the head of the Watchers Council. He's very by-the-books and rather pompous, which definitely clashes with Buffy Summers' style. After Buffy passes the test in Helpless, Quentin fires Rupert Giles for being too attached to her, which clouds his judgment.
