Rafael Franco Life story
Rafael de la Cruz Franco Ojeda was President of Paraguay from February 17, 1936, to August 13, 1937. He was a founder of the Revolutionary Febrerista Party. He was accused of trying to unseat General Alfredo Stroessner in November 1956, but he adamantly denied this.
