Raghavan N. Iyer Life story
Raghavan Narasimhan Iyer was an Indian academic, political theorist and philosopher. Educated at Oxford, he was professor of political science at the University of California, Santa Barbara from 1965 to 1986, when he retired as professor emeritus.
