Rajko Žižić Life story
Rajko Žižić was a Yugoslavian professional basketball player. The 6'11", 243-pounder represented Yugoslavia at the 1976 Summer Olympics, the 1980 Summer Olympics and the 1984 Summer Olympics, winning silver, gold and bronze respectively. He died on August 7, 2003, from a heart attack.
