Ramli Ngah Talib Life story
Tan Sri Dato' Seri DiRaja Ramli bin Ngah Talib is a Malaysian politician who was active in the United Malays National Organisation. He served as the 8th Menteri Besar of Perak from 1982 to 1999 and was the Speaker of the Dewan Rakyat of the Malaysian Parliament from 2004 to 2008.
