Randel Huston "Randy" Parton is an American singer-songwriter, actor and businessman. Parton is the eighth of twelve children born to Avie Lee Caroline and Robert Lee Parton Sr, in Sevierville, Tennessee. He is the younger brother of Dolly and Stella Parton and the older brother of actress Rachel Dennison.
