Raquel C. Bono Life story
Raquel Cruz Bono is a vice admiral in the United States Navy and the former director of the Defense Health Agency. Commissioned in June 1979, she obtained her baccalaureate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and MD from the School of Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
