Rashid al zalmi was obrn in the city of jeddah in the western part of suadi arabia in 1964. He studied at the university of jeddah. Where he earned his bachelor s degree in araibc language and literature. He then went on to study at the university of riyadh. Where he earned his master s degree in literature. He was also a poet and prose writer.
