Regina Peruggi Life story
Regina S. Peruggi is an American educator who was the President of Kingsborough Community College from 2005 to 2014, the first woman to hold that position in the college's 40-year history. She was the first wife of Rudy Giuliani, who would subsequently become Mayor of New York and a U. S. presidential candidate.
