Relius Clover

Relius Clover is a playable character and is one of the main antagonists of BlazBlue alongside Yuuki Terumi and Hades Izanami. He is Carl and Ada's father and the husband of Ignis. He is a Colonel in the engineering department for the Novus Orbis Librarium, and works alongside Hazama.
