Ricardo Garib biography Ricardo is Vice President of the Mining Suppliers Association and an elected council member of the Board of the Chilean Federation of Industry. He holds an MBA and is a Civil Mechanical Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
