Richard Bartholdt Life story
Richard Bartholdt was a U.S. Representative from Missouri. Born in Schleiz, Principality of Reuss-Geray, Bartholdt attended the public schools and Schleiz College. He emigrated to the United States in April 1872 and settled in Brooklyn, New York.
