Richard Christophers Life story


Richard Christophers, the son of Christopher Christophers, was a New London merchant and ship owner, who did frequent business in the West Indies. He was town clerk for New London (1701-1706), an assistant judge of the Connecticut Superior Court (1711-1721), and an assistant to the governor from 1699-1722.
