Richard Lockwood

Richard Lockwood was a character who first appeared in the fourth episode of the first season in The Vampire Diaries. He was the former Mayor of Mystic Falls, Virginia and a carrier of the werewolf gene. He married a human named Carol and they had a son together, Tyler.
