Rick Olseen Life story
Richard "Rick" Olseen is a Minnesota politician and a former member of the Minnesota Senate, representing District 17, which includes portions of Anoka, Chisago and Isanti counties in the northeastern part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. A Democrat, he was first elected to the Senate in 2006.
