Robert Vallée Life story
Robert Vallée was a French cyberneticist and mathematician. He was Professor at the Paris 13 University and president of the World Organization of Systems and Cybernetics. At the beginning of the 1950s, Vallée wrote his first publications on what he named "opérateur d'observation".
