Sir Arthur Roden Cutler, VC, AK, KCMG, KCVO, CBE was an Australian diplomat, the longest-serving Governor of New South Wales and a recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest award for gallantry "in the face of the enemy" that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth armed forces.
