Rodolfo Clemente Marco Torres, is a Venezuelan military officer and politician. He was the governor of Aragua State in 2017–2021. He was Minister of State for Public Banking, Minister of Food and Director of the Bank of Venezuela, as well as being president of the Bicentennial Bank and the Treasury Bank.
