Roger A. Meece Life story
Roger Allen Meece is an American diplomat. He has served as United States ambassador to Malawi and Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as Charge d'affairs to Nigeria and to Ethiopia. His last diplomatic appointment was as head the United Nations mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2010–2013.
