Ruri Hijiribe

Ruri Hijiribe (聖辺 ルリ, Hijiribe Ruri) is a popular celebrity and idol. After her family went bankrupt following the collapse of the family business, Ruri became a makeup artist and was in charge of Kasuka Heiwajima's vampire makeup in his debut film Vampire Ninja Carmilla Saizou.
